Jack Killion Entrepreneurial Scholarship
In honor of Jack Killion, this scholarship supports young entrepreneurs who use creativity and business skills to tackle challenges and make a positive impact, inspiring the next generation of leaders to drive meaningful change.
Three Years, Four Scholars, Total: $16,000
The family and friends of Jack Killion have created the Jack Killion Entrepreneurial Scholarship to encourage future entrepreneurs. Since 2021, Garden State Woman has awarded four high school seniors with a total of $16,000 in scholarship money to attend a U.S. university.
Scholarship Details
Amount: $1000 one-time award
Target Candidate: The goal of the scholarship is to support young entrepreneurs who have demonstrated an ability to make a positive impact by using their entrepreneurial abilities to address larger needs and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Graduating high school senior that has been accepted into a United States based College or University.
- GPA of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 system.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills through the creation of a business / venture or enhancement of an existing business / venture.
- Minimum of two references on your entrepreneurial efforts and positive impact on others.
Application Deadline: July 1, 2025
Award Determination: The winner will be selected from a panel of leading business leaders. All information provided to the panel will be considered and winner(s) will be selected by July 1, 2025. Scholarship funds will be sent directly to the winner’s college or university ahead of the academic year.
